How do I create an ICIT account?

To create an account please go to the ICIT Learning Hub and click on the signup link on the top right of the page. you will be asked to enter credentials and create an account. Afterward, you can begin learning right away by picking and choosing which module you want to take.

How do I log into a course?

After creating an account or exiting out of the learning hub you can log in any time by clicking login and entering your username and password.

How do I begin a course?

After signing up choose the course you want to take and click the Get this course button. You will be directed to the course overview. You will be asked to take a pre-quiz before you can enter the course player and begin the module.

Why am I getting an incomplete message stopping me from moving onto the next section?

In order to complete each section and move you need to ensure that you watched each video in its entirety. If you are getting an incomplete message this could be the reason. Please contact us at icit@cirinc.org if this issue continues.

How can I get a certificate of completion?

You can get a certificate of completion for each discipline-focused module. The learning system will automatically give you the certificate when you complete the course.

Can I get CECs for completing an ICIT course?

Yes. Continuing Education Credit is available for the Child Welfare module for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs licensed in California. More information and instructions for requesting CECs.

Can I get POST for completing an ICIT course?

Yes. The Law Enforcement module is POST certified for two hours, Provider #1214.
