Office Hours will be offered by Subject Matter Experts for victim service providers to have one-on-one question and answer time regarding specific practices, strategies and/or unique issues in service delivery.

Effective Service Delivery to Underserved Populations - a series of handouts that will offer strategies for working with each specific victim group. The intent of this resource is provide a tool that will encourage providers to change the way they deliver services to these target groups on each specific topic.

The UP Project is a proud provider of technical assistance to victim service providers in California and works to ensure that all counties are receiving the training and resources necessary to serve the underserved populations. To receive technical assistance please fill out the TA Request Form.

Practitioners Exchange

A group space online for victim service providers to network, share resources and ideas, and find out the latest training and resource opportunities from the project. The Practitioners Exchange will be hosted using a Google group.
