Child Abduction Intervention & Resource Training – Santa Rosa, CA
The Child Abduction Training Project has scheduled a Child Abduction Intervention & Resource Training on April 5-6, 2016 in Santa Rosa, CA.
This basic training introduces participants to a multi-disciplinary approach to assist professionals working within all facets of child abduction. This is an opportunity for county partners to increase their understanding of the roles of each agency and network with partner agencies towards a more coordinated response for missing and abducted children. It is suitable for: Child Abuse and Abduction Programs, Child Protective Services, Law Enforcement, Mental Health, Non-profit Organizations, Prosecutors and Investigators, Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Programs, Victim Witness and Educators.

This is a free training.
The Center for Innovation and Resources, Inc. (CIR) is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to sponsor continuing education for LMFTs and LCSWs. CIR maintains responsibility for this program/course and its content. Course meets qualifications for 12.8 hours of continuing education credits for LMFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (provider #128510). All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance. Participants may apply for continuing education credits (CEUs) at the event. Certificates for CEUs will be mailed to participants within two weeks following the event.
