Child Abduction Intervention and Resource Training

This basic training introduces participants to a multi-disciplinary approach to assist professionals working within all facets of child abduction. This is an opportunity for county partners to increase their understanding of the roles of each agency and network with partner agencies towards a more coordinated response for missing and abducted children. It is suitable for: Child Abuse and Abduction Programs, Child Protective Services, Law Enforcement, Mental Health, Non-profit Organizations, Prosecutors and Investigators, Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence Programs, Victim Witness, Visitation Monitors and School Personnel.

A Child Gone Missing: Resources for Every Discipline

The Child Abduction Training Project has created a course that presents participants with a multidisciplinary approach to assist professionals working within all facets of child abduction. This is an opportunity for county partners to increase their understanding of the roles of each agency and network with partner agencies towards a more coordinated response for missing and abducted children. Experts from the Department of Education, California Department of Justice, District Attorney’s Office and Law Enforcement will present and provide resources for those in their disciplines.

Multi-Disciplinary Child Abduction Hybrid Training for Rural Counties
